Low Cost Complimentary Therapies for the Local Community
Swiss Cottage Community Centre offers a range of low cost complimentary therapies for local residents. Most sessions are subject to a minimum donation of £5 - £10.
You can ether book your session at the reception or by phone. Please be on time for your appointments.
Monday
- Thai Yoga Massage
- Full body massage, combines gentle stretching & acupressure through loose clothing (no jeans). Min. £5 donation per ½hr appointment per person/per weekly session. 3:00-8:30pm. room 1
Tuesday
- Homeopathy
- A form of gentle medicine. Ring/book reception. Min. £10 donation per 1 hour appointment. 6:00 - 10:00pm
Wednesday
- Aromatherapy
- Restores the body's equilibrium. Soothing massage with therapeutic essential oils. Min. £10 donation per 1 hour appointment. 10:30am-14:15pm. Room 1
Thursday
- Reflexology
- Gentle Foot Massage. Deep relaxation relieves stress and leaves your body in a state receptive to healing. Min. £10 donation per 1 hour appointment. 10:00am-2:35pm. Room 1
Friday
- Reiki Healing
- Ancient Japanese Healing Min. £5 donation per ½hr appointment. Min. £10 donation per 1 hour appointment. 10:00am-1:00pm. and 2:00pm - 4:00pm. Room 1
Sunday
- Reflexology
- Gentle Foot Massage. Deep relaxation relieves stress and leaves your body in a state receptive to healing. Min. £10 donation per 1 hour appointment. 2:30pm-5:30pm. Room 1
Please try to give us a minimum of 48 hours notice of any cancellation in order that we can offer the time to someone else and the therapists time is not wasted. If you miss your appointment you will still be charged the minimum donation as a cancellation fee. Failure to pay will mean you will not be able to make any further appointments.
